Multi Point Lock Trim for Swinging Doors

To determine your Multi Point Lock configuration:
- Identify the manufacturer of your door and multi-point lock
- Measure the center-to-center hole spacing between the lever and the cylinder
- Check the lever position: is it above or below the cylinder?
- Can be ordered with any Brass Levers
- Swinging Patio Door Hardware. Set includes Plates, Handles, and Cylinder
